1. Using Clikr

These terms govern your use of Clikr at clikr.to. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Clikr helps you manage shareable links, destinations, and click analytics, and, where available, connect social accounts and schedule content.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Clikr for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in email and connected accounts secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Clikr for unlawful activity, phishing, malware, fraud, spam, impersonation, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, bypass security or usage limits, or disrupt the service. Your links, destinations, and posts must comply with applicable law and the rules of any connected platform.

4. Your content and connected services

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Clikr permission to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you use, including publishing posts you request or schedule. You must have the necessary rights to the content you upload or share.

Third-party websites and platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability, permissions, and technical limits can affect redirects, publishing, and analytics. You are responsible for checking your destinations and published content; scheduling does not guarantee publication at an exact time.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features require a subscription. The price, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, as described at checkout.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing area, or contact us for help. Cancellation takes effect as indicated in the billing flow. Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. Deleting only your Clikr data does not cancel your subscription.

Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights you have under applicable law.

6. Your data and account deletion

To access, correct, export, or delete your data, or to delete your account, contact us at hello@clikr.to and we will handle your request promptly. Please use the email address associated with your account and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records, such as billing records.

Account deletion removes your Clikr links, saved destinations, click history, social connections, drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded media, and analytics. Your links stop working and your username may become available to others. Content already published on a third-party platform must be removed through that platform.

7. Availability and suspension

We work to keep Clikr available, but interruptions, errors, and changes to features may occur. Analytics are estimates and may be affected by bots, browser settings, and third-party services.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security risk, nonpayment, or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. You can stop using Clikr and request account deletion at any time.

8. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clikr is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes and contact
